To maintain the integrity of this service, every listings go through processing with its respective verified listing agent as contact. Please register as a professional and submit your information for verification and approval and go back to this page or contact us for corportate partnerships to submit your listings for processing associated with your corresponding agent profile and contact.

How to add your Listings

At Philippine Real Estate Inventory, we only accept listings from verified brokers and their respective agents.

You may choose the following to proceed:

1. Individual-level (Owner Enlistment)

Freelance Brokers and Property Owner may add their listings by logging in and going back to this page. Property Owners are encouraged to enlist their listings through our Empyrean Real Estate Brokerage Sales Team or through a local Empyrean Partner in your area listed in our Partner Directory. They shall be your point-of-contact (POC) for your listing on our multi-listing service and/or partner platforms. Freelance Agents are not allowed as agents are required to be supervised by a Licensed Real Estate Broker.

2. Department-level (Sales Head Partnerships)

Depending on the size of your team, practitioners leading a team can login to submit a property or for larger teams, contact us for a customised system same as corporate partnerships to begin adding their listings

3. Executive-level (Corporate Partnership)

Corporate-level mass submissions of property listings with agent contacts attached are done with a system customised according to the company/firm's existing database. Please contact us to get started.

Once your property is submitted for approval, you may update its availability through our app by logging in using the same credentials. You may also claim more existing non-exclusive properties if you have direct contact to owner in the app.
